Kids Help Phone is committed to ensuring the principles of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) are integrated into every level of the organization and in every aspect of our work. Our ongoing IDEA training and engagement sessions are a reflection of this commitment and will continue to provide staff with learning opportunities and resources to further their own understanding and knowledge of the principles of IDEA; this is part of our promise to ensure a more just and equitable workplace for all.
