All posts get answered, so try to be patient. It may take up to 10 days to receive a reply from a counsellor.

I can’t find my post. How do I find it?

Look for your post by username or post title. It helps to remember which topic you posted under. If you still can’t find it, try typing your username into the Search box. Remember, your post won’t appear until a counsellor has had a chance to answer it.

My problem doesn’t fit into the listed topics. Now what?

If you’re not sure where to post, write us anyway. You can choose a topic that is close enough. We can always move your post to the right topic if you’re unsure.

Why do I have to log in?

Logging in lets you write your own question so you can get your very own answer from a professional counsellor. Logging in also helps you find your post more easily.

I really don’t want anyone to know I posted.

We won’t share your information with others, so don’t worry about that. It is up to you to choose a username that doesn’t give away who you are.
